Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and analytical Data Scientist to join our team and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in extracting insights from complex datasets, developing predictive models, and delivering strategic recommendations to business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

Collect, process, and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.

Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business challenges.

Design and run experiments to test hypotheses and evaluate the impact of data-driven strategies.

Communicate findings clearly through visualizations, dashboards, and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models and ensure they perform reliably in production environments.

Continuously monitor and refine models to improve performance and adapt to changing data.
Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Proven experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques.

Proficiency in Python or R, and familiarity with libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale databases or data warehouses.

Experience building dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Plotly.

Solid understanding of experimental design, A/B testing, and causal inference.
